Lady GaGa: Demands For Picture To Be Deleted

Lady GaGa has reportedly confronted a photographer who took a footage of her as she ate at a restaurant over the weekend.
In New York the Alejandro singer was dining with friends at Asia de Cuba when she spotted another customer of the restaurant taking footage of her from the other side of the room.

GaGa is then said to have stormed over to the photographer and demanded that he delete the photo as well as asking the snappy glad diner not to take any more pics.
An on looker stated to Page Six: "Gaga became noticeably upset, pushed her security team out of the way to confront the shutterbug and demanded he delete the photo."
The photographer is then said to have met GaGa's demands and quickly erased the snap.
In other GaGa news, the eccentric singer is set to auction off a designer necklace she wore in her Poker Face promo for charity.

Lady G fans will have the opportunity to bid for the item, which in a unique twist will be awarded to the lowest bidder.
The proceeds from the necklace will be donated to The Lupus Foundation, which is close to GaGa's heart after her aunt Joanne died of the disease and GaGa herself was tested as borderline positive.
